'Patriotic postman' photo has gone viral

The old saying about mail couriers working regardless of the weather conditions outside took a turn for the amazing in Florida. And the viral photo that tells the tale will bring a tear to your eye.
Carole Chase-Draughan never thought she'd be taking photos from the window of a car during her father's funeral procession in February 2016, but the sight she spotted on the streets of Pensacola had to be captured.

There on the rainy streets, a U.S. Postal Service truck was stopped, and its driver standing at attention near the front of the truck as the procession for her dad, a World War II veteran, passed by, according to a report from WEAR-TV.

Even in the sadness of losing her father, Chase-Draughan posted the photo on Facebook with the following caption: "Whoever this wonderfully patriotic postman is, I would love to just thank him for his respect, during the steady rain on Wednesday afternoon as the funeral motorcade for my WWII Veteran father passed him. This is what Respect looks like!"
